Did you know?
We can custom manufacture to your specifications
Product design is ideal for businesses looking to evolve into strong, recognizable brands. Think of iconic products—often, their form and packaging alone are enough to identify the manufacturer. Why not let your product speak for your brand, too? Your journey starts here with us.
Before the product design process begins, we work with you to define key elements that influence both form and function—ensuring your product meets technical and aesthetic requirements, all within your target cost. Here’s how we do it:
The first step is understanding your vision. This includes more than just the product’s appearance—we’ll define its components, installation method, functionality, and maintenance considerations, including end-of-life management. Based on our experience, we’ll help refine your ideas and identify practical solutions. Establishing a target price at this stage is critical to ensure we stay on budget throughout the development process.
We begin with a simple 3D render to align your vision with our interpretation. Once approved, we move forward with detailed technical drawings and a 3D-printed prototype to bring your idea into the physical world.
After you've reviewed and approved the prototype, we provide a detailed cost breakdown for tooling and production. Once these figures are approved, we initiate the tooling process.
We start with soft tooling to allow for adjustments after initial samples. Once everything fits and functions perfectly, we harden the tool. This final, unalterable version ensures consistent production quality.
We conduct multiple production runs using the hardened tool to verify accuracy and consistency before moving to full-scale manufacturing.
First impressions count—and your packaging is your first opportunity to make one. We design packaging that reflects your brand identity and enhances the customer experience.
We operate on an FOB (Free on Board) basis. Products are shipped to the designated port nearest to the manufacturing facility, with onward transportation arranged by the client (Depending on the manufacturing process or product type, production may take place at multiple locations. In such cases, we can consolidate the various components before shipment to streamline logistics and reduce costs). All necessary documentation—including invoices and packing lists—will be provided to ensure smooth customs clearance.
With a custom-designed product and branded packaging, you're ready to impress your customers—not just with aesthetics, but with performance. This is your leap from being a business to becoming a brand.
Let us help you bring your vision to life—professionally, purposefully, and affordably.
